Samsun Lovelet Outlet AVM: A New Era in Shopping Culture
Scheduled to open in 2012, Lovelet Outlet AVM aims to bring a fresh dimension to shopping culture in Samsun with over 200 stores and social spaces. With its 100,000 square meter construction area, this massive project is designed to make significant contributions to the regional economy and employment.
The Largest Shopping Center in the Black Sea Region
Commenting on the project, Canik Mayor Osman Genç said, “We are proud to bring an important project that will make Canik the center of the region. By introducing the largest shopping center in the Black Sea region to our district, we aim to contribute to the regional economy and employment.” Mayor Genç added, “We provide all necessary support for eco-friendly and economically valuable investments in our area. We have encouraged special projects for private investors, bringing significant projects to our district. Lovelet AVM is one of these projects. We have completed the necessary discussions and brought a massive 100,000 square meter shopping center to our district on the Samsun-Trabzon highway.”
Mayor Genç also highlighted the important projects achieved in Canik over the past seven years, stating, “These successes and developments have attracted investors to our district. Canik has now become a center of attraction. We are working on new projects daily and ensuring their realization, considering the benefits for Samsun and Canik. We are investing in education, culture, health, sports, and housing, contributing economically, commercially, and socially to our district. Following the Lovelet AVM project, new investment projects will continue to emerge in our region.”
