SEMSAN Pump began its operations in 1984 with the aim of manufacturing mechanical equipment and special process pumps for use in Turkey's most significant projects. Since its establishment, it has successfully become one of the most sought-after companies in its industry.
In order to meet the growing domestic demands and to achieve production at global standards, SEMSAN Pump relocated to a new factory building covering an area of 5000 m2 in the Samsun Organized Industrial Zone in 2002. It started conducting the casting of its own products in its own foundry using an Inductotherm dual crucible induction furnace with a capacity of 2x2000 kg + 2x750 kg. Additionally, equipped with advanced technology for molding and casting, SEMSAN Pump is capable of fulfilling steel casting, stainless steel casting, and ductile iron casting requirements.
SEMSAN Pump carries out all manufacturing processes in accordance with TSE certification, ensuring timely and high-quality production. It implements quality management and assurance systems, including TSE ISO 9001:2008, TSE EN ISO 14001, ISG OHSAS TS18001, across all its internal processes.
